Your role Consultants manage a portfolio of clients and demonstrate a very good understanding of their subject matter. They both manage and support clients by working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to tackle some of our most complex client challenges. As a Consultant, you will develop strong relationships with your clients, and are able to contribute to the eminence of our practice by external knowledge sharing and to start investing time in business development. You will be a role model and be able to support junior team members in their personal and professional development You will also be supported in deepening your own technical specialism, widening your cross service line and industry or market knowledge, and continue to develop your management skills.

Staying up-to-date on the fiduciary, regulatory and statutory responsibilities of a business entity and its directors, officers, managers and partners and advising clients on such matters
Actively managing the day to day relationship with global compliance clients and overseeing local teams.
Managing the corporate records to support all transactions, filings, reports, and audits to fulfil these responsibilities. (Corporate reorganisations, post-M&A integrations).
Managing the client portal to ensure all compliance requirements are tracked and completed in good time
Providing advice on the corporate entity lifecycle and the on-going compliance with local legislation and restructuring of global businesses
Providing general company secretarial support as required
Assisting on Corporate Governance projects as required

Your professional experience
ACIS or Solicitor with experience of working as a company secretary or with legal entities.
Understands the key issues on managing global group structures and their compliance issues.
Demonstrates the ability to consult on corporate governance projects
Client-driven commercial awareness
Experience of working in professional services and/or in a global organisation
Enthusiasm for innovation and/or technology-aligned solutions.
An organised, pro-active individual who is driven by personal development.
