The firm specialise in conductive highly complex large M&A transactions concentrating on UK M&A and ECM transactions across the main FIG verticals (Banks, Insurers, Asset managers and FinTech).
Key duties centre on:
Assisting origination and management of execution of on-going deals within the group (e.g. M&A transactions, strategic advisory etc)
Working with senior bankers on the delivery of strategic advice to clients
Strategic idea generation
Preparation of pitch book and discussion materials
Recap of requirements
Excellent academic background including minimum 2:1 degree from a top-level university
ACA preferable not essential
Excellent technical skills including financial analysis and modelling
Proven ability to lead clients and teams through the entire M&A process
Excellent written communication and presentation skills
Proven track record in developing client relationships
