CIB Oversight & Control, CORE Data & Metrics Project Manager (Associate) Background: The Central Control Office is responsible for oversight and governance of the CIB control environment including: development and delivery of an enterprise-wide framework to manage control-related processes; develop and manage the end-to-end process for identification, remediation and completion of control issues, including Risk Control Self-Assessment process (RCSA); maintain central repository of control-related data & MIS; Manage protocols, governance and tracking related to supervisory and regulator engagement and Develop and maintain operational risk policies and monitor effectiveness of control implementation.
Overview: The Oversight & Control, CORE Data & Metrics Project Manager will contribute to and support the implementation of the Data and Metric Strategy within the Control and Operational Risk Evaluation (CORE) across the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB). The Project manager will assist in the collection of Data and Metrics required to support the data-driven, trigger-based framework and assist with the implementation of Trigger Framework Functionalities required for CIB. Partnership with the broader CIB Controls Technology team to help define and implement the Control Tech Architecture is key in supporting a more efficient operating environment.
Support build out of CORE metric inventory for all impacted Processes, Risks & Controls
Assist with CORE system build out for both functionality and reporting
Support end to end process from business requirements gathering to UAT cycles and defect resolution
Gain an understanding of the CORE application and the components of the ongoing evaluation
Build strong working relationships with business partners, controls management team, Compliance, Audit, ORO and other controls partners
Identify solutions and best practices to support quality of risk and control activities in alignment with regional requirements and regulations
Provide regular input and ideas for ongoing analytics and adhoc analyses on current business control environment and potential risk and control issues
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence others for results
