CIB Operations - Global Equities Operations - Intelligent Automation Business Analyst and Developer - Associate
The roles & responsibilities:
Identifying the manual touchpoints across operations
Identifying the root cause and the reason for the manual touchpoints to exist
Working with the technology and transformation partner to agree upon the strategic solution
Identifying the right tactical solution and its place in the operations workflow
Identifying the right digital tool available to solve for this, such as, Alteryx, Xceptor, Robotics
Building out the solution through these tools
Ensuring the right controls and governance around these solutions
Identifying disruptive technologies available in the market to help shape the future of our operations
Strategic mindset: Ability tolook at things in a larger perspective, understanding the direction business and markets are headed into and correlate thatwith the smallest of the processes being performed in the operations.
Intelligent Automation Experience: An understanding of existing Intelligent Automation tools both within the firm and externally that can be leveraged to drive Innovation. Experience in tools such as Alteryx, Xceptor, Qlikview, Tableau, etcare a definite plus.
Analytical Skills: Ability to look at large amount of data and processes and draw out trends, patterns and behaviours
Stakeholder management: Ability to maintain a fruitful relationship with multiple stakeholders at all levels from the most senior to the most junior member
Influencing skills: Ability to drive the decision making of the key stakeholders to meet the strategic objectives
Independence: Ability to work independently with a clear set of objectives and a very low need for supervision
Collaboration Mindset: Attitude of drawing out collaboration from both senior and mid-level management stakeholders across a large organisation to get agreement on direction and approach of Innovation
Communication skills: Should have excellent written and oral communication skills.The ability to communicate complicated messages in simplest of words
Project management: Bringing a bit a project management experience will be preferential though not necessary. This will help streamline the delivery of the strategy
