EMEA Asset Owner Operations Service Delivery (OSD) provideperiodic Accounting valuations and a wide range of Investment performancemeasurement and analytical services to JP Morgan CIB clients. These clients arepredominantly UK and European Pension funds, German spezialfonds, Middle Eastand Quasi-Government institutions throughout Europe. The team takes theultimate responsibility for the provision of standard and additional accountingreporting deliverables and in-depth portfolio and composite level performancemeasurement data. THE EMEA ASSET OWNEROSD ROLE WILL INCLUDE - Complete allaspects of the prescribed final report review activities to facilitate the ontime and accurate delivery of client report deliverables reviewed and releasedby client reporting group - Responsible forensuring any aged receivable/payables custody/non custodied asset or cashbreaks are kept to a minimal impact. - Performanceattribution analysis and interpretation, and peer group comparisons - Ownership of adatabase from which performance data can be easily accessed, e.g. for fundfactsheets, client reports, marketing consultant databases and GIPs compositereports - Maintainingdocumentation of all information-gathering, report-production and record-keepingprocedures and continually seeking to improve efficiency - Provide regularinformation and support to Client Service in respect of client reviews, fundaudits etc. Support client reviews and visits as required - Point of contactfor all client queries - Responsibility forthe management of any client due diligence visits, including preparation,document preparation, meeting management and follow up actions. - Identify areas forimprovement across the OSD function and, where applicable, own and drive theseto conclusion. - Support JPM acrossall service and change discussions for Accounting and Performance. - Work with the Global offshore teams as part of the Globaldistributed operating model.
ESSENTIALSKILLS/EXPERIENCE - You have clientfacing skills, knowledge and experience of financial services industry - You are comfortablewith change, ambiguity, debate, conflict and informed risk taking and have theability and flexibility to lead change with conflicting priorities - You are aMulti-tasker who can lead multiple streams of work concurrently, as well as anability to challenge and influence partners when executing Operationalobjectives - You have analyticalskills, including strong attention to detail and good numerical and mathsskills - Dedicated andcan-do attitude - You can evidenceorganisational and time management skills and ability to work within a highlycontrolled environment - Effectivecommunicator across all levels
