TheSales P&A function supports the Sales & Marketing organizations for theMarkets & Investor Services segments of the Corporate & InvestmentBank. Comprising ~2,200 people, theSales and Marketing organization covers financial institutions and corporateson a cross-product basis and are responsible for growing a global, multi-billiondollar client franchise (~$23bn).
SalesP&A is a global team within the Markets P&A organization with teams inNew York, London, Hong Kong and Mumbai. The team plays a crucial role as a strategic partner to Sales Managementand Sales Business Management by providing quality analysis and reporting thatgenerate insights into business trends and economics, and also partners closelyProduct Control, Middle Office, Technology and other P&A colleagues. The team provides Sales performance reporting(AFR, expenses, headcount), deep analysis of our client franchise (walletshare, opportunities, regulatory considerations, etc.) and relevant reportingand analysis for the CFO function. Theteam has control, data quality and reference data responsibilities and alsodrives the supporting Technology agenda.
Theglobal lead will directly manage 12 resources in New York, London and Hong Kongand indirectly 26 resources in Mumbai, and will be responsible for daily,weekly, monthly and quarterly BAU P&A tasks. The lead will also be responsible forimproving data quality, strengthening associated controls, driving globalinitiatives (which are shared across teams) and partnering with Product P&Ato ensure analyses and reports are aligned between Sales and Productviews. The candidate will need to becomevery familiar with the core client systems, products, and associated processflows. While delivering BAU is centralto the role, the real added value comes from working with the business todevelop insightful new analyses and from successful project execution acrossmultiple fronts.

Desirable Skills ( not essential) :
Strong Excel modelling experience / large dataset manipulation
Prior P&A, financial or management reporting experience.
