As amember of the Regulatory Advisory team in Singapore, you will be workingclosely with and providing advice to Wealth Management, assisting them inanalyzing compliance issues applicable to the business, reviewing businessopportunities from a compliance perspective and addressing regulatory inquiriesand handling client issues, and helping to drive forward strategic businessinitiatives and projects
Provideadvice to business partners on Singapore regulatory requirements including butnot limited to, deposit and lending products, licensing, data privacy, outsourcingand e-banking, etc.
Manageregulatory examination and inquiries
Coordinate/ conduct regulatory self-assessments and internal gap analyses
Reviewinternal policies and procedures
Required Skills andExperience:
University degree holderor relevant professional
At least 10 years ofrelevant experience in Singapore regulatory compliance advisory role, withdemonstrable knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
Strong analytical skillsand ability to exercise sound judgment and manage and manage execution underpressure
Energetic, attentive todetail and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonalskills and the ability to work effectively and independently in a team-orientedsetting, prioritize projects to meet tight deadlines. Highly motivatedself-starter with an ability to work independently
