We arecurrently looking to recruit a Sales Support at Analyst / Associate level tojoin our Asset Management Business covering Korean Market, to be based in HongKong.
Major responsibilities include:
Supporting sales activities and engaging in identifying new business opportunities
Servicing existing accounts and relationships
Assist in global and regional projects such as AML/KYC, FATCA, Vendor Management and etc
Liaise with and coordination of various local business projects
Preparing and updating marketing and sales materials for client meetings and pitches
Carry out ad-hoc tasks as directed by Client Advisors/Head of Korea
Handling a variety of verbal and written correspondence received from clients and our sales team
Degree in law, accounting or finance related subject, preferably with institutional or wholesales sales support background
Professional qualification in related field is an advantage
A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in middle office, risk, compliance, legal or other related field
Work experience in asset management industry is an advantage
Strong communication and analytical skills
Good English writing skills
Strong PC computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, internet etc.)
Good interpersonal skills and willing to work in a team
Knowledge of investment products and investment industry market practices
Excellent communications in both English and Korean
