APAC Marketing Team:
Roles and responsibilities of the Marketing team supporting the region are diverse ranging from brand building, content and product marketing, enhancing client experience via digital and social, to strategic initiatives with the objectives to achieve efficiency and effectiveness, and maximize business impact via integrated marketing efforts. The team stay abreast of market/industry trends, conduct competitive analysis, put together insights about customers, and recommend strategies to optimize opportunities.
Given the evolving market landscape and emerging technologies, it has become increasingly important to adopt a client-centric marketing approach to deliver our brand proposition and investment capabilities effectively. Success in this role will demand digital, data and analytical orientation coupled with solid customer-driven marketing experience.
Assist in developing marketing management models to drive ROI marketing for the region
Assist in developing customer strategies aligned with the business priorities of digital distribution and data-driven business management
Compile meaningful data analysis and reporting to facilitate evaluation and decision making
Drive data driven solutions and ensure end-to-end implementations
Identify opportunities and develop targeting strategies to deliver customer-centric solutions
Adopt agile approach and scale effective solutions to create impact
Explore and identify strategic marketing options in consideration of market/industry trend, innovations and internal challenges, capabilities and opportunities
Work strategically across the teams to define success metrics and evaluate impact of activities to drive business performance
Conduct research and analysist to enable the broader team to stay ahead of the curve striving for the best-in-class data-driven and ROI marketing
Support various markets and functions on formulation of strategies that contribute to overall business growth
Be part of the advocacy on a collaborative and high-performing culture achieve common goals
Drive projects and perform duties as and when required
Comply with all internal and external requirements to ensure the business is in line with changing regulations and evolving guidelines Qualifications:
Degree in Business, MIS, or related experience
Experience in client insights, data and analytics; Segmentation and related digital experience to enhance client experience will be advantageous
Demonstrate business acumen, problem solving skills
Understanding of the mutual fund industry and customer behavior will be useful
Demonstrate good analytical skills, an ability to transform raw information into actionable strategies and initiatives
AI and machine learning skills in data analytics will be beneficial
Demonstrate ability to perform analyses on market and competition trend, and customer behavior based on different sources of information and data including industry and proprietary research
Excellent skills in using tools to prepare analysis and presentations
High level of independence and positive energy; Responsible and accountable; Respect for diversity of opinions and styles; Flexible in approach
Ability to multi-task, and to enjoy working in a demanding, fast paced environment; ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple, competing priorities and projects with quality output at one time
