Assist in entity-wide regulatory projects involving Business and different internal stakeholders
Prepare management reports for various internal committees and workgroups
Coordinate with different stakeholders to complete regulatory questionnaires
Review regulatory/exchange news and preparing updates to Business and relevant stakeholders
Investigate potential regulatory/compliance breaches and collect necessary information for reporting
Arrange and conduct compliance training, prepare materials
Assess licensing requirements for new joiners
Review marketing materials and provide comments from a Compliance perspective
Candidates with 1-3 years' experiences in compliance, or other functions in a financial institution (eg, operations)
Fresh Graduates may also be considered
Good communication and inter-personal skills
Good project co-ordination skills and experience
Ability to draft report and recommendation independently
Proactive and practical approach
