Office Manager/Corporate Real Estate/Facility Mgt - HKD 40-55K

Our client is an International Investment management firm with significant operations and APAC HQ based in Hong Kong, currently searching for a sharp individual at Vice President level to oversee their Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Services function.
Oversee all corproate accounts and services arrangements including but not limited to, Travel Agency, Airlines, Hospitality and coordinate with Headquarter for quarter and annual forecast and planning;
Lead and monitor softservices including mailroom, staff relocation arragement, service apartments etc;
Manage relevant club membership arrangements and corporate cards for senior and applicable staff;
Work closely with Facilities Management team for Technical repairs and maintenance or A&A/Renovation work;
Assist in any property/facilities management arragenment as required.
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management/ Business Management or relevant disciplines;
Minimum 6 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate Services or similar administrative function whilst managing office headcounts of at least 200-400ppl;
Hands-on exposure in liaising and negotiating with different agencies and corporate services partner;
