Work with the macro research team to accumulate, organize and analyze data.
Assist in the creation of models and charts used in economic/capital markets forecasting; analyze capital markets and macroeconomic data.
Must be able to work in a high pressure environment and ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Attention to detail is critical given the variety and volume of data being analyzed.
Ability to multi-task is key given the number of projects that are often in progress.
Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze large amounts of data.
Strong troubleshooting, problem solving skills and initiative.
Good planning, time management, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently; easily adapts to changing priorities.
Understanding of capital markets. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, in particular). Knowledge of VBA, Python and Bloomberg helpful, but not necessary.
