Provide ongoing operational support to a moderately-to-highly complex portfolio of escrow agreements while working in a team environment. Incumbent must have excellent organizational and inter-personal skills while demonstrating strong written and oral communication abilities, professional conduct, and the ability to manage new business implementation in addition to performing daily functions. S/He must have demonstrated servicing expertise to ensure strict adherence to and execution of the terms of escrow agreements. Mentoring subordinates. Develop policy and procedures. Provide operational support to Escrow Sales Group to generate new client relationships, cross-sales opportunities and achieve client support metrics.
Bachelor degree preferred or related experience, with demonstrated Operational and Customer Service experience. Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in financial services or related business. Demonstrated experience with fulfillment of contractual obligations and direct customer servicing. Excellent Interpersonal, Judgment and Decision Making skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner, and to work independently. Excellent knowledge of banking products and services and bank operations;; knowledge of regulatory compliance Demonstrated excellent verbal and written skills Ability to apply creative/innovative thinking and problem-solving techniques to resolve issues Demonstrated strong organizational skills Ability to work as a team member within the work group and with other groups Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management as well as daily external and internal customer interactions. Must be detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines Understand and effectively apply new/existing technology
