Do work that matters
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Change and Engagement, you will be responsible for contributing to the RCS, R&T change strategy and managing the implementation of these initiatives sustainably and with impact. You will play a critical role in working with the Senior Manager of Change and Engagement to build and maintain a portfolio view of change initiatives and ensure they are delivered to best practice. You will also contribute to program related events and communication initiatives to build awareness and desire within our impacted teams.
More specifically you will
Ensure that all Organisational Change Management strategies, plans and activities are focused on realising the benefits of the program. Contribute to the development of plans and activities to manage a stream or program view of change impacts
Work in partnership with project teams and business owners to guide solution design by being the voice of our customer and people. This includes assisting change managers to escalate and surface insights from change impact assessments to understand the size and complexity of change to inform the design and timing of change interventions; define key success measures; develop content to support business readiness; engage our leaders; effectively communicate changes to our people; assess business readiness; monitor and reinforce change to optimise adoption and advocacy
Ensure change initiatives are prioritised through the central change team endorsed by RCS,R&T. Contribute to effective prioritisation and planning within the RCS,R&T Change and Culture team Contribute to evolving change management best practice, building change capability within RCS,R&T to enable ongoing organisational agility. This includes optimising OCM methodology in agile project delivery and building this capability with stakeholders
Project manage Program related events to engage our people and prepare leader (GM) communications where required
Contribute to the development of the change engagement strategy by developing detailed stakeholder maps, personas and overarching narrative
Ensure that the people related benefits and risks are well understood and managed including in the handover to the Business Owner
We want to hear from exceptional Change Managers with:
Strong end to end large scale and cross function program/project experience
Proven organisational change management skills (ideally gained in change consulting and or financial services)
Financial services experience or a strong understanding of this sector
Application of change methodology in an agile environment
Experience in planning for and conducting training sessions, managing stakeholders and producing communications
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment that is often ambiguous
Proven ability to think strategically, creatively and solve problems
