The Role Responsibilities
Review and upload media monitoring services on a daily basis.
Drive utilisation / exploit new technologies / channels to enhance communication internally.
Assist the team to build profile of Regional CEO and Singapore CEOs, CMT/RMT internally within Singapore, with a focus on strategy, business capabilities and achievements, thought leadership, management expertise, bank-wide campaigns and staff engagement events.
Pro-actively pitch and deliver on story angles that would appeal to the media and are aligned with business priorities.
Conceptualise and organise town halls and other bank-wide employee engagement programmes.
Execute and drive the content development that engages employee segments and leads to measurable action
Manage the development, distribution and maintenance of the Bank's internal newsletters, internal broadcasts, and the Bridge.
Our Ideal Candidate
Strong track record of 1 - 3 years' relevant experience gained within a multinational environment.
Able to communicate well at all levels.
Good writing skills for both business and marketing forms of communication.
Strong planning skills, inter-personal and presentational skills
Diplomatic - able to work in a matrixed environment
Good attitude - an eagerness to learn; takes initiative; team player; responsible; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Ability to do the ground work, at the same time, execute on projects and initiatives
A positive, engaging and professional attitude and persona
Diplomacy and tact
Strong relationship building skills
Ability to operate with the highest integrity and discretion
Ability to think on his/her feet
Ability to respond calmly and effectively in high-pressure situations or environment
Planning and organisation skills
At least a Bachelor's Degree in a communication or business-related discipline
