The Role Responsibilities & Our Ideal Candidate
To ensure processing of all incoming application is done properly by following the Delegation of Authority and in-compliance with established policy
To ensure that all legal documentation is provided based on type of loan.
To identify end to end process improvement opportunity to reduce turn around time.
Ensure all processes met or exceeded the agreed service standards.
Handled good communications to and from customers, departments and branches to ensure prompt and accurate completion of customer needs.
Manage, motivate and train staff to ensure performance is optimized.
To ensure sufficient capacity in Lending Processing Unit in order to support the business growth
To conduct regular meeting with all direct reports.
To maintain good relationship with branches and other department such as Sales and Marketing by providing excellent services.
Execute projects and initiatives to support the world-class operations service delivery for the business across the globe.
Ensure that operational processes are robust and deliver at excellent levels of costs and quality.
Implement policies and procedures for the Country with guidance from Group policies and procedures for Operations, working with Retail and Wealth Operations, Head Retail Lending Operations, and Country Business Unit.
Ensure operational disciplines such as capacity and risk management are well embedded, measured and tracked.
Ensure AML and sanctions activities are carried out at Operations as detailed in the various group guidelines.
Drive continuous improvements in Productivity and Cost Efficiencies.
Take accountability for all services supported by internal and external service providers.
Streamline and digitize end-to-end processes to reduce manual hand-off, reduce risk and improve client/customer service collaborating with Head Retail Lending Operations.
Ensure high security and protection of the Bank's, Client information and assets.
Ensure Operating Platforms (infrastructure & people) is in line with Global standards and local requirements to support current and anticipated business growth.

Develop and embed a high performance culture and organisational mindset to drive continuous improvement to Retail and Wealth Operations services.

Proactive in seeing regular assurance that areas of responsibility are performing to an acceptable risk and control standard
Act quickly and decisively when any risk and control weakness becomes apparent and ensure they are addressed within an appropriate timeframe and escalated through the relevant committees
Balance business performance delivery and cost management with risk and control matters to ensure that it does not materially threaten the Group remaining within risk appetite
Ensure compliance with the highest standards of regulatory and business conduct and compliance practices as defined by internal and external requirements. This includes compliance with local banking laws and anti-money laundering regulations and guidelines.
