The Role Responsibilities
Collaborate with broader Treasury (including Liquidity, Modelling & Platforms, Markets, & Risk), Country & Business Finance, Technology, and domestic / business stakeholders in shaping the FTP strategic agenda, platform, and MIS.
Create a detailed project plan for all planned initiatives and help track timelines on milestones are met.
Participate in discussions with external vendors and internal developers on strategic system replacement discussions and help them understand FTP policy and expected functionalities to facilitate automated solutions to implement the policy.
Implement FTP Target Operating Model (TOM) with a standardized and coordinated approach across countries and centralizing more responsibilities to Global Business Support teams .
Support FTP Policy Owner with FTP BAU activities like reviewing FTP dispensations, Incentive Premiums, annual checklist exercise and other ad-hoc requests from countries and businesses.
Our Ideal Candidate
3-5 years of experience in Treasury, Technology, or Strategy role with Change Management experience.
Have a deep interest in technology and be digitally literate, with coding experience a strong plus.
Ability to understand, define and articulate business requirements in a clear, precise manner (with project management experience is advantageous) for technical teams
Has proven track record in running projects relating to FTP, Balance Sheet analytics, or liquidity.
Good understanding of liquidity and interest rates, as well as balance sheet management concepts
Have good functional knowledge of Treasury Liquidity systems and BI Tools in SCB is a strong plus.
Proven ability to comprehend business processes, to identify inefficiencies and risk, and to provide appropriate business solutions or alternatives.
Ability to forge and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, business partners and internal customers.
Strong communication and presentation skills to varying levels of management.
Fast learner with a strong interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills.
A desire to effectively drive change across the organization.
