The Role Responsibilities
Support the Regional Business Manager / Country Business Managers in developing and planning the successful delivery of business initiatives.
Assisting the Regional Business Manager / Country Business Managers in tracking and reporting of all milestones, tasks and deliverables.
Proactively identify, raise and mitigate risks which may have an impact on costs / delivery timelines.
Coordinate with necessary stakeholders on the regions stakeholder engagement plans e.g. communication, townhalls, face-to-face strategic sessions etc
Work with Regional and Country business management team as well as FM Heads for business budgeting and forecasting where required;
Our Ideal Candidate
Knowledge of the Financial Markets business and products;
Strong analytical and presentation skills with an ability to understand and simplify complex problems.
Proven track record in managing, delivering and strategic projects, programs and initiatives.
Knowledge of SCB processes, governance and standard for project / programme management, risk management, pre / post implementation.
Excellent financial and budgeting capability and experience.
Excellent organisational, problem solving and written / verbal communication skills
Good project management skills
Good attention to details
Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
