DIRECTOR, DATA & PRIVACY TRANSFORMATION COMMUNICATIONS
This is an internal change communications role based in Singapore. It is for a global transformation program for the data & privacy operations function, which can go up to 2 years.
This is a direct contract with Standard Chartered Bank Singapore.
Reports directly to Head Operations, Data Management & Privacy.
Matrix reporting line to Head, Change & Transformation Communications.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, drive and deliver on communications strategies to support the successful implementation of Data & Privacy Transformation programme - specifically ensuring effective communications of the programme objectives, and ensuring staff are effectively engaged.
Anticipate and identify potential issues and consider these in communications planning and execution.
Ensure coherence and the representation of the employee voice in relevant change programmes.
Build a communications network of partners to develop and determine effective communications approaches and develop two-way communications for real-time feedback.
Work with other Global Internal Communications and Strategic Communications Partners, as well as other CABM Region/Country Networks to ensure the communications programmes are created and executed in-step with ongoing 'BAU' communications activities/strategy.
Implement measurable targets to assess the success of communications in building supporting the change programmes and to drive continuous improvement in our communications capabilities.
Identify, flag and advise on managing any negative reaction or concern about the relevant projects.

REQUIREMENTS : SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experienced in communications on global change and transformation programmes
Strong project management and organisational skills
Ability to foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at appropriate level
Strong self-manager who can scope, plan and deliver their work
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple assignments
Lead and coach individuals
Strong written and communication skills
