Implement end-to-end process which combines marketing, channels, process, fulfilment, legal & compliance, completion of comprehensive customer KYC and other functional areas as required, in order to achieve program objectives
Work closely with functional teams (e.g. Biz Ops) to ensure seamless execution of the campaigns, process hand-offs and fulfilment (Account Opening)
Stay attuned to the current economic and financial markets so as to keep up-to-date on changes in the industry
Ensure that all business acquisitions is accurately tracked and monitored and recorded at branch and Regional Treasures levels
Adherence to regulatory, legal and compliance requirements as well as internal security audit requirements
Level of position offered will be commensurate with experience of candidate
Bachelor degree, with 2-3 years of relevant work experience
Good planning and organizing capability
Strong analytical/problem solving ability
Keen appreciation of customers' financial needs
Good knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements as well as exposure to multicultural issues
Good understanding of financial, investment products & services including equity and bond markets
Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
