Enablement to business teams to achieving business scorecards and enabling productivity through delivering superior system solutions with technology teams and simplifying end-to-end business processes
Work closely with business users to understand business functional requirements, able to rationalise, lead discussions and resolve conflicts across functional units
Leverage on data sources/ analytics to support business use and integration with other data sources to derive insights to drive business solutions
Drive project management and user acceptance testing, clear impediment with scrum team, track to ensure overall project objectives and timeline are not compromised
Collaborate with stakeholders in partnership with technology teams, Scrum Master, Lead BA, translate business requirements into user stories
Validate user stories to ensure that functional requirement/story meet overall business requirements
Facilitate userability workshop with business users to test prototypes, gather feedbacks to improve customer/ user experience
Participate in daily stand-up calls with scrum team and discuss about open issues, statuses and action items
Provide functional expertise to develop test scenarios and test data, perform user acceptance testing (UAT), document UAT results
Provide helpdesk to IBG relationship managers on system related issues, troubleshooting to resolve system incident issues with technology teams
Bachelor's degree in financial-related or Computer Science with min 5-7 years' relevant experience in the financial services industry
Prior experience in a business analyst or project product owner role
Experience working on Agile projects and versed with JIRA & Confluence
Good business acumen to support business in customer digital transformation journey and productivity
Agile mindset, quick learner, with positive attitude towards initiating and making change happen
Independent achiever with attention to details, highly organized and able to work under pressure and project timelines
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate and engage stakeholders to resolving business problems
Good presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with system testing
Good knowledge of banking products, and MAS regulations.
Good IT skills (MS Office tools, Advance Excel Skill, SQL skill is good to have)
Good knowledge on Data Management best practices
