Work with Deloitte professionals to ensure compliance with independencepolicy
Developan understanding of regulatory independence policies (SEC and PCAOB)
Becomefamiliar with Deloitte's internal Independence policies as they relate topersonal financial relationships
UtilizeTracking & Trading and other systems to monitor and help resolveoutstanding compliance requirements
Utilizereports and macros to manipulate complex reports and efficiently monitorDeloitte professionals' compliance
Becomea process expert and assist junior analysts with questions and technical issues
Leadprojects and work on ad hoc requests as directed by management to meet theteam's overall objectives
Researchcorporate entities to determine the impact on our professionals' independenceas it relates to their personal financial relationships
Workwith our colleagues in India
Presentlarge data sets effectively through weekly statistics for the leadership team
AssistPartners, Principals, and employees with understanding and maintaining their Tracking& Trading portfolio so that it accurately reflects their financialrelationships
Coordinatewith other ICN teams to ensure that our internal customers are servedseamlessly

Independence & Conflicts Network TheIndependence & Conflicts Network (ICN) Personal Consultation team performsa critical consultative, quality-assurance and risk-management function for theDeloitte US Firms, helping the organization remain unbiased and free fromconflicts-of-interest, in fact and appearance, when providing service toattest/audit clients. Independence requirements are defined by specific sets ofpolicies, external rules and regulations, so maintaining both the independenceof the Deloitte US Firms and personal independence is essential to the businessand reputation of Deloitte.
Bachelors'degree (preferably business, finance or accounting)
3+ yearsof relevant experience
Positive customer serviceattitude and dedication to quality, with a demonstrated attention to detail
Proficient in standardoffice-productivity tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). Microsoft Access and Microsoft Visio a plus
Solid verbal and writtencommunication, research, organizational, analytical, andinterpersonal skills
With the support of a teamleader, be able to work on multiple initiatives, report and communicateprogress
Ability to reactpositively to an environment where priorities and deadlines can quickly change
Ability to manage and prioritizetime required on activities and be responsive to requests for information
Demonstrate initiative andgood judgment.

An understandingof Independence requirements for professional auditing firms
Experience working in alarge corporation or accounting firm
Familiarity with theBloomberg Terminal
