A rare opportunity has arisen in region for a CRO / General Manager Head of Risk Management to lead a department of risk management professionals ranging from market, operational, credit risk to ensure effective risk controls is maintained within acceptable parameters, as defined by group policies standards.
Your new role
As the CRO GM Department Head in the Risk Department, you will ensure the bank is in compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines. You will implement, review and improve risk governance/ management framework for the bank. Oversee the risk manage of the bank including commercial, corporate and retail customers. Act as the key contact with regulatory authorities in relation to various risk management matters. Supervise subordinates and provide appropriate coaching to ensure the department deliverables and values are adhered to.
What you'll need to succeed
20 years experience in Credit and Risk and a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role
strong people leadership, strategic and pragmatic mindset
Cantonese, english and Mandarin essential
