The Risk Governance & Portfolio Management Office (RGPMO) team forms part of the Business division of the Westpac Group, and carries responsibility for providing strong risk and compliance support for several business units across both Business and Consumer divisions. The team plays a critical role in identifying, monitoring and managing a range of risks including Financial Crime risks in support of the broader Wealth business units. Part of the function of the team is to ensure that however or wherever we operate, we have controls and frameworks to protect our business and our customers. The role is to support a project encompassing a number of Financial Crime initiatives underway across the Wealth Business Units of the Westpac Banking Corporation.

What do I need?
Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience desirable
Desired business and/or technology tertiary qualifications
A strong understanding of technology and business systems strategically and operationally
Financial services industry experience
Financial crime, AML/CTF or Operational Risk experience
1-3 years of business process improvement/ re-engineering, data analysis, system functional and non-function analysis experience.
