Global Transaction Services (GTS) comprises of Cash & Trade, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services. In an increasingly borderless world marked by burgeoning trade flow, expertise in trade finance services is an invaluable asset. With cash the lifeblood of every company, so too, is a good understanding of how to manage these cashflows. Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs.
This role focuses on understanding the needs and priorities of our customers to develop an integrated product marketing & execution plan in a digital way, in order to increase awareness, conversion, and wallet share increase in terms of DBS solutions across Cash Management, Trade Finance, Open Account Trade and Securities and Fiduciary Services.
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/CMS, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Conduct deep dive data analytics.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies.
Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of experience in the area of Digital Marketing
Internet industry, Fintech related experience preferred, non-banking industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills, self-motivated, team-oriented
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, latest marketing technology trend, and website analytics
Google AdWords, Adobe campaign, HubSpot, or any other equivalent certification preferred
