I am currently helping my client, a bank based just south of Manchester, look for a Compliance Risk Officer to join their Compliance team.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Supporting the Head of Compliance
Conduct research/analysis and produce reports based on findings
Work with different business areas through out the bank to provide support, advice and guidance on appropriate compliance framework, policies and procedures
Internal stakeholder management
Regularly review and keep up to date with changes in regulatory, legislative and market practices that impact the business
To be considered for this position you must ideally:
Compliance experience within the financial services
An understanding of regulations that impact the business
Effective communication skills, able to build relationships with internal stakeholders and different business
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
