Project: Support functionally the preparation and roll-out of Trading Book Review in Asia Pacific (standard model approach)
Objectives: Running specific requests and tasks for governance, framework, processes, and also data treatment and testing for the implementation of international and regional requirements.
Project Duration: min. 12 months
SCOPE OF WORK
Run requirements from head office and regional office for governance definition and awareness sessions
Run data analysis, process organisation and initial risk assessments review in the context of Asia-Pacific specific Standard Model requirements (HKMA, MAS, ...)
Support the organisation development from a regional perspective, from Risk Appetite Framework to system / data deployment preparation
Prepare business requirements documentation, extract, process and prepare data for testing purpose to assess residual operational and trading risks and opportunities in the organisation, including reporting of key dependencies, blocking points and mitigation solutions
Support in the regulatory reporting
Adapt to the evolving scope of tasks ahead, with the programme managers
8+ years of Investment Banking experience
Good working knowledge of global markets products, lifecycles, and key regulations
Good knowledge of trading book review international and Asia-Pacific requirements
Exposure to Risk Management practices (Market, Credit, Liquidity, Capital, Operational) a strong plus
Ability to adapt to an evolving scope of work
Agility in preparation and delivery of required tasks
Ability to organize efforts and retro-planning to anticipate blocking points and hard deadlines
Comfortable working with different banking departments and multi-jurisdictions
Efficiently working under pressure
Fluency in English
