The successful candidate will be a key part of the Digital Marketing Analytics team. This team is a dynamic, innovative team that supports the central marketing function within TD Bank Financial Group.
The Digital Marketing Analytics team enables marketing excellence and informed decision making by applying a deep understanding of data to predict, optimize, execute, and measure the impact of marketing expenditure.

Collaborate with partners on marketing challenges and provide fact-based analytical advice that aligns to strategy & drives shareholder value
Define analytically driven segmentation and test design strategies aimed at connecting with consumers in a personalized and relevant manner
Participate in digital marketing business intelligence strategy for TD, ensuring it evolves over time to reflect the changing needs of our customers and the business
Set up data feeds that support marketing targeting through Adobe Audience Manager/Adobe Target and other targeting solutions
Participate in initiatives to further measurement and enable a fulsome view of digital marketing performance
Proactively provide analytical guidance to partners, based on understanding of their respective businesses, where you see opportunities to optimize marketing spend
Leverage knowledge of data capabilities to build & deliver those customer insights
Present insights back to partners to drive strategic improvement
What can you bring to TD? Share your credentials, but your relevant experience and knowledge can be just as likely to get our attention. It helps if you have:
3\u002B years experience implementing customer segmentation strategies with a deep knowledge of segmentation principles, measurement methodologies and audience analysis
A degree in marketing, mathematics, science, engineering, business or other quantitative discipline
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills including the ability to leverage data to formulate solutions that address complex business problems
A broad understanding of digital marketing data, analytical tools and methods, and experience identifying where analytics may add value to marketing and/or business
Experience with the Adobe Marketing Cloud stack, specifically Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager & Adobe Target
Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools including Google Marketing Platform (DoubleClick), Facebook, AdWords, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics
Experience in datamining (e.g. SQL) and visualization (e.g. Tableau, DOMO, Google Studio)
A passion for interpreting data and results; ability to tell stories with facts and statistics
Strong interpersonal skills with experience in driving productive collaboration with internal clients and cross-functional team members
An overall dedication to producing high quality work and desire to continuously learn and develop
