Our Accounting Consulting Services team brings this to life by working closely with clients to understand and define their commercial and business needs, and combine our expert technical accounting skills with strong project management and practical skills to advise on the development and implementation of solutions..
As a Senior Consultant in our Accounting Consulting Services (ACS) team your impact will be seen by developing deep relationships with your client & team as you work together in areas of complex change ranging from transaction structuring, regulatory and statutory reporting to group restructures, partnering with other groups within PwC and work with Senior Managers to offer streamlined services to clients.
Making complex accounting simple and practical for clients;
Balancing accounting, tax and legal considerations with implementation advice to clients;
Helping create internal & external presentations to clients in relation to accounting impacts of proposed transaction / structures;
Developing internal and external relationships and engage with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines
You have a background in IFRS and have CA/CPA post-qualification experience and as a commercial person, you are passionate about solving business issues and eager to learn. Deep technical knowledge expertise not necessary (we will provide you with opportunities to develop deep technical knowledge), challenge, reframe, innovation and apply intuitive thinking. Skills in providing a broad range of accounting and structuring advice to clients relating to major business transactions or transformations or deals experience would be a plus.
