PB Acct & Doc Enrichment Mgr The Account & Document manager will manage the entire client and account change process for Private Banking. The incumbent will serve as the initial point of contact in the management of all officer and cost center changes for Private Banking accounts. S/he will analyze and monitor client and account relationships to ensure accurate reporting. S/He will interact with Senior Managers, Bankers, Finance, Compliance, and Product to routinely interpret and advise on questions, issues, and decisions related to officer or cost center changes. The individual must be able to make decisions regarding officer changes and troubleshoot and escalate issues for timely resolution. S/he will be responsible for sending the appropriate communications, as well as, maintaining thorough and complete records of all changes.This candidate will manage the document control process for Private Banking by ensuring internal control measures are adhered to and properly enforced, and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements. S/he will develop all Private Banking forms including design, construction, and printing specifications. S/He will manage the evaluation process for form-related suggestions received from sources throughout the organization to determine merit and applicability.The candidate will also manage the Enrichment Training Process for Private Banking. S/he will evaluate, coordinate, allocate resources and assign projects for the Enrichment Team based on demands, resources, and availability. S/he will ensure that all enrichment programs used in Private Banking are current and designed and delivered to the end user in methods they will understand.The incumbent will be responsible for training, managing employee to results, and handling HR issues on an as needed basis. S/He will provide ongoing, balanced feedback through formal and informal coaching sessions. S/He will assist with all phases of testing new and existing systems, new processes, and the testing and analyzing of documented process flows to ensure that all steps are included, documented correctly, and written in terms the end user can understand. The qualified candidate must have strong PC and analytical skills. S/he must have a strong knowledge of banking policies and procedures, regulations, products, and services. Must be able to work independently and work well in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner. Minimum 5 years of banking experience and training experience; minimum of 5 years management experience. Preferred 8 - 10 years banking experience and training experience; with 8 years of management experience. BA/BS preferred.
