Job Description : Job Description The Real Estate Corporate and Investment Banking group is seeking an Analyst. This position will have ample opportunities for growth and exposure to a variety of transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, public debt issuances and advisory assignments. RECIB's client base consists of public REITs and national real estate developers and operators. Analysts in the group create and analyze financial models, develop client presentations and conduct industry research. Analysts also serve as key members of advisory and capital raising transaction teams, providing analysis, drafting information memoranda, developing management and investor presentations and facilitating the deal process from start to finish.
This opportunity will be specifically for the Real Estate Corporate and Investment Banking group and based in Atlanta, GA. While prior investment banking experience is preferred, it is not required.
Essential Job Functions:
Assisting senior bankers and product partners on a variety of capital markets transactions and M&A
Critical member of deal teams helping senior bankers from deal origination to execution
Prepare client presentations including various company and financial modeling analyses (comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, leveraged buy-out modeling, discounted cash flow modeling, etc.)
Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
Strong technical, writing and oral communication skills
Highly motivated individual seeking a career in Investment Banking
Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Some related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program
Prior investment banking work experience
Interest in working with public REITs and private real estate companies
