We are looking for a PPTexpert (Prezi/Keynote a plus) who can animate and produce design concepts formedium-to-large presentations with marketing projects that range from complexmulti-media, online, and print materials, including print collateral,conference material, electronic deliverables, sales support, and advertising,among others. He/she possesses ability to execute and manage a large volume ofwork, meeting deadlines.
Contributes to thedetermination of how to visually represent the company's key strategicinitiatives and business goals, in addition to providing day-to-day support ofbrand awareness, client acquisition, and client and employee engagement.Contributes to the development of creative visual solutions to marketingchallenges and effectively presents and expresses creative rationale. Helps toidentify the most effective way to get messages across multiple design mediums,with a focus on presentations. Applies technical industry/segment experience withknowledge of market climates and competitor activities to contribute tocreative sessions for project kick-offs and brainstorming sessions, and thedevelopment, revisions, and delivery of innovative and effective conceptualdesigns for marketing efforts. May recommend ways to leverage opportunities andimplement in design deliverables. Continues to develop collaborativerelationships with internal and external resources to deliver creative designconcepts to support business activities. Provides technical guidance, asneeded. Applies growing experience to produce, socialize and put into practicecreative ideas, and to interface with a diverse internal client base withvarying expectation levels. Helps to establish style guidelines forpresentations to drive consistency, brand alignment and design integrity.Assists with the coordination of the entire visual team to ensure a consistentvisual experience for initiatives involving multiple mediums (print, web, andinteractive), and ensures the team's adherence to project schedules. Mayprovide art direction to less experienced designers, as needed. Contributes tothe achievement of team goals and objectives. Manages to approved budget,submits expenses. Modified based upon local regulations/requirements. This individual may be meeting with and presenting to executive staff and stakeholders.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required. BA or BFA in Visual Arts or related field combined with visual design and project management or equivalent work experience preferred. EXPERIENCED 5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in corporate visual brand design, creative strategy development and print, online and multi-media design, and art direction preferred. Experience in the securities or financial services industry preferred.
