Initiating corrective action to resolve system and infrastructure errors related to the Windows & Virtual environment.
High level understanding of end to end management of ESX hosts and allocation of resources.
Logging and documenting production / service problems; identifying recurring problems and recommending preventative measures.
Interacting with database, network & application support staff to maintain a responsive and available infrastructure for the systems.
Analyzing studies regarding system usage, making recommendations for improvements, and determining infrastructure system requirements.
Provide L1/L2 system support escalated from helpdesk, be the oversea staff escalation point.
Provide 7x24 Production support on a rotation basic.
Experience working with enterprise system administration in a mid to large enterprise environment
Technical depth in solutions of: Windows Domain architecture and directory service/End Point Security and Data Loss Protection/Asset Management, Inventory Control , Software Deployment and Patch Management/Citrix XenApp environment/Vmware ESXi environment
Ability to understand customer needs in order to provide excellent service
Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
Must have excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
