The Role Responsibilities
Work closely with the TB Global Content and Proposal Management Team and subject matter experts to promote best practices and implement steps that actively measure, manage, optimise and communicate the performance of the content against business's objectives and strategies
Drive consistency and maintain standards on all deliverables and identifies, develops and utilises best practices including templates, proposal writing, consistency, clarity and tone
Support the development and maintenance of the global content repositories to ensure critical client-centric content clearly articulate our competitive strengths to increase win rates and support new/retention businesses
Establish an effective content monitoring process and ongoing quality check on content through guidelines and standards, ensuring critical content are reviewed regularly as per agreed schedules and well communicated to targeted audience
Work closely with the team to develop and maintain canned templates and content for use by Sales, Relationship Managers and other relevant stakeholders.
Identify content gaps where content can be created or re-distributed to solve users' needs
Build a good understanding of internal processes and demonstrate good judgement to support key content strategies
Track content performance to ascertain content engagement levels and ensure the continuous improvement of all content
Other duties as the position evolves and as assigned by manager.
Our Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Communications, Marketing and related field
5-6 years' experience working in a similar role (Transaction Banking knowledge is a plus)
Excellent all-round communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English
Strong track record in file organisation, particularly in content or knowledge management
Strong time management skills and acute attention to detail
Emphatic, an excellent planner and team player
Demonstrate a solid understanding of industry trends and best practices
Ability to adapt easily to changing priorities and work effectively with diverse teams, people at all levels, different backgrounds and cultures
Highly proficient in MS Office 2016, in particular Word and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of SharePoint and/or content management system is desired
