Job Description The Campus Recruiting and Events Associate (CREA) will be responsible for providing support to the Campus Recruiting team in EMEA specifically as it relates to the facilitation of the interview and assessment process and management of internal and external events associated with the recruitment process.
This position is a key client service role responsible for partnering directly with all campus recruiters, internal and external clients in a professional, diligent and courteous manner. The CREA will have two primary areas of responsibility: a) the timely and accurate scheduling and coordination of all candidates interviewing/assessment centres for early careers, graduate and internship positions within Moody's, and b) the coordination and planning for student treks, insight days and on campus events. The CREA also supports any general administration requirements for the Campus Recruiting team and participates on special projects and audits and ensures compliance with company and employment policies regarding hiring practices.
Schedule interviews and assessment centres across EMEA with candidates and hiring managers / interviewers
Co-ordinate interview and assessment centres process and communicate details to candidates and business representatives, making certain they have all the information necessary
Arrange room bookings, videoconferences and WebEx for interviews, assessment centres and events
Following up with interviewers to ensure that all evaluation and assessment forms have been completed and saved
Upload new positions to external job boards
Liaise with careers services teams and university contacts to reserve dates and coordinate on campus activities
Attend in house and on campus events as requested
Maintain inventory and manage shipments of marketing and promotional materials, including displays, collateral and giveaways
Process and track candidate expenses and vendor invoices for payment with Accounts Payable team
Update candidate status on ATS system
Handle the administration of online and in person testing
Perform basic reporting and communicate updates to the Talent Acquisition team
Suggest and recommend process improvements
Work with team members to develop creative solutions to workflow issues
Handle and direct calls and emails from both internal and external clients related to campus recruitment
Proven very strong administrative experience; background in event management would be beneficial
Able to demonstrate extensive administration experience, ideally having supported a team including significant involvement in Talent Acquisition administration would be preferred
Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel with the ability to learn additional programs as needed
Experience with HRIS systems and experience with Applicant Tracking Software (ATS), would be advantageous
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
Ability to provide the highest level of customer service to all levels of internal and external customers
Highly organised and efficient and the ability of handling multiple deadlines Excellent interpersonal and strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong team player
Work using own initiative and without close supervision
Demonstrates appropriate confidentiality at all times when working with sensitive information
