We are looking for a very strong lead business analyst expected to work with regional and global clients / partner organizations to deliver systems and business process change. In addition, work with counterparts in other regions on Global initiatives.
Act as an interface between clients, partner organisations and development teams on the Regional BOW
Work with clients to gather detailed, specific, accurate, unambiguous business requirements and functional specifications
Ensure Business analysis, Impact analysis, Gap analysis and System analysis are done to a high standard on defined projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Develop expertise on all components involved in the Risk and Finance IT architecture and contribute to business and IT operational improvements
Prepare functional/technical specifications and work closely with developers/development teams to ensure that they understand the specifications and Deliver IT solutions for them.
Work with other business analysts (e.g. Operations, Front Office) on firm wide initiatives and participate in the Front to Back User testing / regression testing.
Work with PM on validating project plan and prepare project
Assist with production support activities, when necessary, to help identify and resolve escalated production issues
Ensure all IT delivery conform to CS SOX and CS SDF standards
Work with and potentially lead a small team of business analysts, providing mentorship and support in both a captive and outsourced model
Work with global counterparts to identify common tools and techniques

You hold a Graduate Degree with Finance or Computing as a major
You are an MBA/PGDBM/B.Tech. with relevant certification like CFA, FRM
You have 6-10 years of overall experience with at least 5 years of IT Business Analysis in Banking environment
You are proficient with Finance business process in Track record of delivering change the bank projects in the finance environment and a strong understanding of Front-to-Back trade flows in a typical IB environment.
You understand the PB business mode
You have an exposure to project management, big data and or A.I. initiatives and an experience working in agile models
Relevant business analysis experience (4-6 yrs) within banking and financial services, preferably in Regulatory reporting space (MAS, HKMA, APRA, Basel, PRA/FINMA/IHC guidelines).
Exposure to Market Risk, Credit Risk, Capital Ratios, Leverage Ratios, Liquidity computations, Accounting / general ledger concepts would be desirable.
Vendor management and COE development
You possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication/collaboration skills demonstrated by having worked closely with business partner/clients and also with software development teams.
