ASPIRE is a business process transformation program utilizing technology as an enabler and is established as a cross-divisional initiative among Pharma Technical Operations and Pharma Sales Affiliates, Group Finance and Procurement and Informatics. ASPIRE will streamline process complexity and simplify system landscapes, contributing to Roche's response to industry challenges such as Personalized healthcare, increased competitions and disruptive technologies.
Your main responsibilities include:
Coordinate all audit activities for ASPIRE and you will be the single point of contact for all internal and external audits
Support the Program Team during all audits as well as for pre and post audit activities by ensuring
You have a general awareness of the project teams and you make sure that all Audit activities are properly incorporated into the program and project plans. Further you established Quality assurance processes consider audit requirements accordingly
Reporting to the program management team and will work closely with the PMO functions and the functional work streams including integration management
Ensure all audit findings are documented in the respective Program Trackers accordingly and will handle all follow-up actions as needed and report to the respective governance boards of the program/projects
Responsible for raising issues to the program management and initiate actions as required
Who are you? You possess a Master's degree or equivalent experience in the respective functional area, Business Administration, or related field and have 5+ years related business experience, ideally in an audit role.
Following qualifications are required:
Solid skills and knowledge in the operational business and have an in-depth understanding of business processes
Highly developed expertise with regard to project management as well as coaching both individuals and teams
Able to influence your customers and business partners during presentations and project meetings and communicate in a manner appropriate to your target audience in the process
Thought leader in respective area and demonstrated ability to inspire and foster collaborative relationships with ability to engage resources outside of direct-control to gain consensus, meet deadlines and achieve goals and objectives
Strong stakeholder management, change management skill and outstanding customer service mindset and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
