We are transforming the Structured Finance team's data processes so that the right data is always readily accessible for use in the credit analysis. The role of the Data Analyst is to understand the data needs, analyze the data available and specify appropriate data handling processes.
Mine, analyze and interpret large and complex datasets
Define and monitor data quality; produce and track key performance indicators
Present findings and inferences along with recommended actions
Create data dashboards, graphs and visualizations
Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of data processes
Set up and maintain automated data processes
Develop and support reporting processes
Gather, understand and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Degree-level qualification in a relevant subject
Demonstrable practical data analysis experience
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Knowledge of tools and techniques for data analysis
Familiarity with different database types
Knowledge of data modelling, data cleansing and data enrichment techniques
Ability to carry out data quality control, validation and linkage
Ability to produce clear graphical representations and data visualisations
Good verbal and written communication skills
