The Role Responsibilities
Determine Business & Operational Objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.
Provide subject matter expertise, representation of Operations to the business, technology and clients
Achieve regulatory compliance through a strong understanding of current rules and anticipation of upcoming regulations
Identifies opportunities for improving business processes through information systems and/or non-system driver changes, assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and /or operational changes.
Recommends controls by Identifying problems l writing improved procedures
Monitors Project Progress by tracking activity, resolving problems , publishing progress reports and recommending actions
Driving User Acceptance Testing and ensure smooth implementation to production by working closely with Operations and Technology.
Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
Maintains User confidence and protects Operations by keeping information confidential.
Prepares technical reports by collecting ,analyzing and summarising information and trends
Escalation of identified risks & issues to project manager
Maintains Professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal network.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
