The newly formed Customer Relationship Management Product team in the Product Division is responsible for the strategy and management of our CRM applications and business processes. The CRM applications are the life blood of SVB, and are critical to the sales strategies that are responsible for almost all client acquisition at SVB that has resulted in SVB being the most popular banking partner for startups globally. The Private Banking teams rely on CRM every day to win deals, manage client relationships and drive unique insights that build the deep relationship of trust with clients that SVB is known for.
This role creates designs products with a customer centric approach, and an emphasis on sourcing the right data to inform product related decision making. Actively tracks and monitors performance of our existing product set and recommends areas to improve returns / reduce operational costs / manage risk. Embraces a user centered, empirical and iterative product development methodology for product development. Remains abreast of market trends and competitor activity to inform product roadmaps. Engages with stakeholders throughout the organization who support delivery of products (frontline, credit, operations, technology, risk, marketing etc.). Manages the product strategy and roadmap for the CRM applications.

Establishing technology expectations, direction and priorities for the CRM system based on needs of PB (sales teams, RMs)
Monitor product performance, user feedback and internal SME feedback
Develop adoption of CRM within the private bank
Conduct business analysis and product usage analytics and drive insights
Work with all areas of Private Bank to ensure the refinement of cross-sell strategies and sales management guidelines.
Maintain competitive technology intelligence and identify emerging technology offerings to enhance the CRM platform
Demonstrated experience in managing solutions and product roadmaps
Experience taking products or initiatives from ideation to launch and do continuous improvement
Experience analyzing market conditions, understanding user needs and translating insights into an action plan
Demonstrated understanding of Banking and Banking products and CRM Systems
Ability to think creatively and strategically and question the status quo
Ability to assimilate diverse data points and formulate strategy about a future direction.
Action oriented and focused on achieving a positive outcome, not afraid to set ambitious goals.
Ability to work cross-functionally across an organization and influence senior leadership
5-7 years of experience creating and managing CRM products, ideally as a product manager
3+ years of experience working with business partners to capture requirements and process flows
Strong experience in an Agile development environment
Experience leading complex, cross-functional project teams that resulted in successful deployments
B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a relevant Business degree with proven technical and business acumen
