To be the key contact point to client by monitoring client day-to-day transactions and handling client enquires;
To identify new sales opportunity and product requirements during client communication;
To conduct periodical meeting or visit to client with Sales from service prospective;
SG China Corporate hotline service and client enquiries handling;
To assist FO for KYC review document collection;
To support sales for the sale of PCM products.
Ensure the KYC and account opening checklists send to client are most updated ones;
Detect potential risks and through communication with clients;
Monitor client on boarding progress and escalation for exceptional and pending cases if required.
To take charge of PCM clients by portfolio and back up each team member;
Proactively support cash sales activities and contribute to team performance.
Main required skills:
The position requires complex product knowledge, effectiveness, team spirit and an ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment as well as a strong interest in financial markets and banking activities;
Autonomy, reliability and efficiency;
Pro-active behaviour to continuously improve the quality of service and the extension of the range of services;
Good team player;
Accurate knowledge in the Chinese regulation, rules and practices and ability to quickly master the SAFE /PBOC update policy and procedure;
Good sense of compliance risk control and operational risk control;
Good sense of client service;
At least 1-3 years of experience in account opening, closure, maintenance is preferred, candidates with no related experience but with highly responsible and competitive profile will be considered as well;
Fluent in written and spoken English language and Mandarin.
