You will be responsible for managing a wide range of talent and learning and development initiatives. Aligned to several business groups; you will be supporting the regional implementation of global initiatives, contributing to local initiatives and building relationships with business stakeholders. You'll work collaboratively with our HR Business Partners to influence stakeholders and deliver projects that align to business strategy. Our team is small, but extremely passionate about developing, engaging and retaining our people.
In addition to your alignment to the business groups you will also have responsibility for parts of the Learning and Development curriculum and other EMEA wide L&D activity, using your subject matter expertise to ensure continued evolution and client satisfaction.
Your experience in programme design, leadership development and employee engagement will mean you consult directly with the business on a range of initiatives. Your previous experience and bold, commercial approach will ensure you gain credibility with senior stakeholders quickly. Your exemplary communication skills and an empathetic approach will see you build strong relationships within our team and with our stakeholders to make a real difference to our business.
