SVB is expanding their Digital Product Division with a new Sr. Digital Channel Manager responsible for the strategy and management of the DocuSign document lifecycle management and eSignature platform. This platform is critical to both Silicon Valley Bank internal operations and client servicing but is used extensively throughout the entire commercial banking enterprise.
This role designs and creates digital processes and solutions with a client-centric approach. This position actively tracks and monitors performance of our existing DocuSign implementations and recommends areas to improve returns, reduce operational costs, and/or improve overall client experience. This role also identifies strategic opportunities to expand the DocuSign platform across the enterprise including platform integration and document lifecycle management opportunities.

Demonstrates inquisitive mindset, focus and navigates well through uncertainty
Manages, executes and socializes the digital platform's team vision, product strategy and roadmap
Monitor digital process performance, user feedback and internal SME feedback from various Business Units and disciplines
Groom product backlog lead through Agile routines and methodology
Conduct business analysis and product usage analytics to drive insights and decisions
Identify DocuSign opportunities or use cases, implement and drive adoption of platform
Articulates value and ROI of use cases and solutions through success metrics and benchmarking
Create and continuously optimize a formalized DocuSign project intake process
Conduct platform training with key business partners to ensure platform SME and adoption
Manage QA and UAT testing efforts for DocuSign-based implementations
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business administration
Master's degree (in MIS, Business Administration, etc.) a plus
Program and/or project management skills highly beneficial to position
A minimum of 7 years of Product Management work experience in a banking environment
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with DocuSign or competing eSignature Platform
Process optimization experience a plus
Document workflow management experience a plus
Experience with Appian business process management tool a plus
Familiarity or experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM) a plus
Demonstrated experience in managing solutions and digital channel product roadmaps
Experience taking products or initiatives from ideation to launch with continuous improvements
Experience analyzing market conditions, understanding user needs and translating insights into an action plan
Demonstrated understanding of Banking and Banking products
Ability to be think creatively, strategically and question the status quo
Ability to assimilate diverse data points, formulate and articulate strategy about a future direction
