We Offer This role will be responsible for the project management and implementation of strategic initiatives, facilitating compliance governance processes, preparation of presentations, managing the end-to-end CEO/CCO annual certifications and compliance annual reports creation processes. This role will report to the Head of Governance and Strategic Execution for the GM/IBCM CCO COO organization. The COO team includes governance, metrics and reporting, strategic execution, regulatory certifications, Volcker, and new business.
Lead and coordinate project-based assignments involving assessment of existing controls or processes, conducting gap analyses, or other risk-based assessments of compliance-related events and trends
Develop implementation plans and coordinate working groups for compliance strategic initiatives
Draft and maintain internal procedures for processes and initiatives
Create policies, training materials, business requirements and other necessarily materials needed for strategic initiatives
Draft, update, and revise strategic presentations and communications for senior management and other compliance partners
Serve as the secretary for the Compliance Risk Management Committee and facilitate compliance governance routines
Manage the CEO/CCO annual certifications and compliance annual reports production, coordinating with the legal entity CCOs and SMEs across divisions and functions to facilitate the control assessment, sub-certification and annual reports drafting
Manage the tracking and annual certification processes for dedications made as part of regulatory settlements
Organize and compile evidentiary support to respond to audit and regulatory requests
Maintain and update the Compliance SharePoint

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
3+ years of compliance, regulatory, or audit experience related to Investment Banking and Global Markets business preferred
