Salary: £69,525 to £92,700 base salary, 13% employer pension contribution, 4% flexible cash pot, private medical insurance, 30 days holiday plus bank holidays.

What we want you to get involved with
This is an exciting time to join us at the key stages of our transformation and investment journey in new sourcing technology.
Ensure that the Sourcing and Supply Chain Management policy is effective within GS,SC&D and the wider Group and that it reflects Group Risk appetite as well as statutory and regulatory changes.
Provide independent oversight of policy adherence within GS,SC&D and influence key senior stakeholders, contributing to broader strategic planning and business decision-making by providing insight, control and thought leadership.
Where appropriate and at discretion of GS,SD&D Director provide support for Group programmes (e.g. EBA, Operational Resilience, 4th Parties).
What we want you to be responsible for
Shape and determine LBG's risk appetite to 3rd party sourcing & supply chain management. Develop strategic objectives to enable effective implementation.
Provide strategic direction and input in to the annual refresh to the GS,SC&D policies to ensure that they are fit for purpose and deliver the appropriate mitigation of risk.
Provide oversight to GS,SC&D Director on outsourcing activities to ensure risk appetite is maintained.
Build and maintain external and internal network to understand business needs, identify industry best practice and changing statutory and regulatory requirements and ensures appropriate plans are developed.
Lead, motivate and coach team members to achieve a combined performance which meets the current and future needs of the business whilst demonstrating and embedding LBG values.
Support risk management activities for GS,SC&D to ensure that significant existing and emerging risks and compliance issues are proactively identified and appropriately managed.
Ensure that the risk framework is operating effectively and efficiently within GS&SCM including any responses and requirements from Group, audit and/or external verification bodies.
Develop risk systems and controls in order to successfully monitor the implementation of Group Policies, Projects and Initiatives in GS,SC&D and use risk systems to automate the activity / reporting.
Develop and maintain appropriate relationships with regulators e.g. the PRA, FCA etc to ensure that they understand the specific role of the Business Sourcing Process (BSP) and the Supply Chain Management framework in LBG.
Support Group Programmes where directed by Head of Risk + Compliance e.g. EBA, Operational Resilience etc.
Represent GS,SC&D on appropriate Governance forums to ensure sourcing and supplier management policies are effectively executed.
Support incident and event management activities involving 3rd party suppliers, using the outcomes to further enhance our risk management strategy.
Provide advice, guidance and support as required on risk & compliance issues to ensure adherence to Group policies, legal and regulatory requirements.
Collate, monitor, prepare reports and instigate actions on risk matters in order to ensure senior management are appraised of key risk issues and sufficiently informed to take appropriate decisions.
Manage oversight of business continuity/disaster recovery within GS,SC&D and input to exercises and invocations.
