Plan, arrange and monitor cleaning and pest control services, cleaning amenities for pantries and toilets, security guard service and crowd control management, and drinking water services and facilities
Plan and monitor renovation and relocation projects, including physical relocation services and logistics of multiple user projects
Oversees services team including receptionists, telephone operator and service staff in providing services at dispatch rooms, receptions and in updating of telephone directory, meeting room booking system.
Assist in bank-wide budget preparation including security guard and office cleaning services
Manage vendors' performance to ensure quality of works meet with the agreed Service Level requirement
Provide on-the-job training and guidance to subordinates. Assist supervisor to manage staff performance and to promote morale of the team
Liaise with external building management companies for sorting out day-to-day building facilities issues
Degree holder is preferred
Minimum 8 years' experience in facilities and/ or property management and general administration with at least 2 years in managerial level, preferably in banking field
Good project management, supervisory and interpersonal skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
