This role focuses on client service and service delivery, as well as support designed to improve the quality of processes, information and services. Provide analysis of calculations, data structures, reporting and applications. Responsible for the production and review of complex performance data including calculations of performance returns, benchmark data, and statistics, to the highest level of accuracy within deadlines. Provide leadership to the team in identifying and resolving data exceptions, including trouble shooting data issues and researching unexpected results. See issues through to resolution, and makes recommendations on process improvements. Serves as a subject matter expert on performance, benchmark and statistical data. Proactively follow industry trends and engages with business partners to anticipate new data requirements. Understand and work to eliminate source data gaps, and efficiently designs and implements new performance, benchmark, and statistical calculations in line with established best practices. Responsible for analyzing and defining business issues, opportunities, and enhancements and implementing solutions. Perform investigation, analysis and evaluation to determine project/ enhancement feasibility and make recommendation. Independently lead projects and enhancements to existing processes, including oversight and execution of development, testing, implementation, post-implementation support, and adoption within the organization.
To be considered, you should be degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated technical or industry knowledge. Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and organization skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. work well independently and take initiative with assigned projects. Able to manage multiple priorities. Understanding of business systems analysis techniques. Advanced Excel skills.
