Support the Department Head in directions and strategies of the Investment Business covering Collective Investment Scheme (CIS) and Securities.
Advise the Department Head on regulations, Fair Dealing practices and industry practices
Conduct comprehensive due diligence for investment products and recommend to Product Approval Committee for approval on suitability for Infinitum clients
Continually monitor and update products on Infinitum Recommended Investment List – in the event of changes to the product or related regulations, prompt action is required in the dissemination of such information to the advisers
Build a strong relationship with business partners to ensure that our staff and advisers are able to get good support in order to conduct our businesses smoothly
Work with our advisor on the Infinitum Model Portfolios and prepare the quarterly rebalancing and update materials.
Keep abreast of investment product updates by providing timely recommendations & research development to Head of Product & Partnership Strategy
Prepare market outlook and investment update for advisors.
Ensure proper disclosure of product information in marketing collaterals/ brochures/ articles, etc. and are in accordance to regulator's guidelines
Support the Department Head in various corporate projects and initiatives.
At least a Bachelor's degree or above
At least 2 years of experience in product management work relating to CIS, ETFs, Bonds and Shares.
Having prior financial advisory experience will be an added advantage
Must be proficient in MS Office and application
Other competencies and traits:
Experience in using Bloomberg or Morningstar.
Possess good communication (verbal and written) skills with a strong EQ
Any eye for details, has a strong analytical mind with good problem-solving skills
Has a self-motivated personality and is able to work well in a team
Adaptable to changes
Able to turnaround quality work within a tight timeline.
