We Offer As a Program Oversight Analyst you will play a key role in supporting critical Technology programs and projects for Credit Suisse Asset Management in North America. The role is a part of new Program Oversight function that will combine the elements of a traditional PMO role supporting individual Programs and Projects as well as the oversight of the entire portfolio of IT Programs and Projects to ensure consistency in program execution and compliance to Credit Suisse Program Management Standards. In this role you will coordinate program activities, ensure alignment amongst the business partners, track progress and provide senior management with reporting and materials needed to remain up to date both for the individual programs as well as for the entire portfolio. You will ensure Programs are according to the latest standard and will work with Credit Suisse Group Program Management team to share and learn "standard methodologies" to improve projects outcomes and efficiency.
Support program teams in ensuring that program information including scope, achievements, risks, issues, benefits and resource and financial data is accurately detailed and archived in SharePoint Portfolio Data Repository and Transparency PPM (aka CA PPM or OnePPM), Program and Project Management tool used by Credit Suisse globally
Coordinate Program Governance activities including scheduling Steering Committee meetings, crafting Meeting Packs and Management Reports with information on Program Progress, RAID, and other relevant details, maintaining minutes and tracking action items.
Responsible for Programs' financial management including coming up with budgets, reviewing resource allocations and other costs, and maintaining financial forecasts. Monitor Program Management activities for compliance with Credit Suisse standards and provide Portfolio Compliance Reporting to the Global Program Governance Committee. Work with Program Management to remediate any Compliance issues.
Monitor evolving Program Management Standards mandated by Credit Suisse and adjust Asset Management processes accordingly to stay in sync with the new Standards. Provide training to Program Stakeholders on the new process
Undergraduate degree with at least 5-9 years' work experience in project management roles including PMO, Project Management and/or Business/Technical analysis working with complex Technology Projects
Outstanding knowledge of Project Management Methodology and Lifecycle
Financial Analysis experience, including Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting
Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives at once in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Outstanding analytical and problem solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate with senior business partners.
Proficient with advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint!
Experience with Clarity PPM (aka OnePPM or CA PPM ) a big plus
