We Offer FSM is the central point of contact for Private Banking Front Office on operational-related and functional application queries. In addition, we also provide business support in key activities and outreach initiatives pertaining to Run-the-Bank and Change-the-Bank methodology. Key Responsibilities Query Management on Operations
Provide operational procedural support on product and services to Front Office via in-house client servicing tool CasePro.
Resolving of Front Office queries related to their clients' accounts on operational topics including payments, securities transfers, trade settlements, corporate actions, security reference data and client reporting.
Functional Support for PB Applications
1st level support on PB Applications. (RME, MySo, Spirit Asia, CS Invest and MySTT)
One-Bank Deals / Customized Transactions
Operational advisory toward perfection of structured loans and delivery of collaterals, and customized transactions.
Handholding of instructions during execution to ensure smooth and timely completion of processes.
Communications to Front Office and Ops
Operational and market update broadcasts
Ad-hoc updates on operational hours, processing cut-off time, currency holidays
Ops Forum to engage operations stakeholders on key issues and pain points
Participation in One Forum to deliver operational updates and changes

Advocate an attitude of change and continuous improvement within Private Banking Services
Build on areas where processes and workflows can be improved or re-engineered to drive efficiency. To constantly establish positive working relationship with operational teams to deliver changes.
To mitigate any potential risks when applying change within the team's or Front Office processes.
You hold a University Degree preferably in the area of Banking, Finance or Economics
You possess at least 3 years of experience in banking with strong front to back knowledge
Good knowledge in financial instruments and general financial knowledge
Preferably experienced in private banking client servicing
Good end-user computing skills (MS Office Suite)
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a good command of English and Mandarin as the role will support various markets in APAC, including Mandarin-speaking locations.
